24-Hour Notice – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your spot to another client who may need it. Same-Day Cancellations – If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% may apply. Please feel free to ask me if you have any questions about this. No-Shows – If you miss your appointment without letting me know, I may require prepayment for any future bookings. Running Late? – I understand that delays happen!
