24-Hour Notice – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your spot to another client who may need it. Last Minute Cancellations – If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply. Please feel free to ask me if you have any questions about this. No-Shows – If you miss your appointment without letting me know, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service and I may require prepayment for any future bookings. Running Late? – I understand that delays happen! If you’re running behind, please give me a quick call or text. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but please note that your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.
